Admissions Policy for St Michael’s VA Junior
Admission into Year 3 (120 pupils) with priority to:
- Children who are or have been Looked After by the Local Authority
- Children with a statement/EHCP naming the school
- Siblings of those already attending St. Michaels
- Siblings of those attending the 2 feeder Infant schools, Clover Hill VA Infant and Nursery School and Chapel Break Infant School
- Children living in Bowthorpe Parish
- Children with medical/social needs where St. Michael’s is considered the nearest provision
- Distance to St Michael’s (as per NCC regulations)
The Governors will apply the NCC regulations in the case of over subscription.
